Richard L. "Dick" Casper, 82, of Bradford Manor, Bradford, passed away early Friday morning, September 19, 2025, at Bradford Manor, following a lengthy illness. He was born February 2, 1943, in Salamanca, NY, a son to the late Paul and J. Arlene Dryer Casper. On August 19, 1965, in Bradford, he married Sarah J. Coy. A devoted husband, he adored and cared for her until she preceded him in death on August 27, 2018.
