Patricia L. Gavazzi, 80, of 185 Center St., St. Marys, and formerly of Old Kane Rd, Wilcox, died Friday morning (April 18, 2014) at Elk Haven Nursing Home, St. Marys, following a brief illness.

She has been married to Aldo Gavazzi for the past 59 years, marrying on Nov. 13, 1954. He survives.
She is also survived by one son and one daughter, Rickey (Gail) Gavazzi of St. Marys and Joyce A. (Harry) Bortmes of Evans City; three grandchildren, Eric (Heidi) Gavazzi of Indiana, Pa., Chelsea (Corey) Bonfardin of Force and Cody Bortmas of Renfrew; one great-grandchild, Bentley Gavazzi of Indiana; and two brothers and one sister, Roger Halquist of Wilcox, Henry (Laurabelle) Halquist of Johnsonburg and Jennie (Michael) Ferko of North East.


A funeral service for Patricia L. Gavazzi will be conducted at 11 a.m. April 26 at Nazareth Lutheran Church, Wilcox. Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens, Ridgway. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are under direction of the Anthony F. Ferragine Funeral Home, 401 Chestnut St., Johnsonburg.
