Mary E. (Geyer) Zimmerman, 52, of 4873 Glen Hazel Rd., Wilcox, died Friday afternoon, April 15, 2022 at Penn Highlands-Dubois, following a lengthy illness. She was born on October 6, 1969 in Ridgway a daughter to Arthur "Butch" Geyer and the late Catherine E. Miller Urey. On March 9, 1991, she married Steven "Box" Zimmerman and he survives.

A lifelong resident of the Wilcox-Glen Hazel area, Mary was a 1988 graduate of Johnsonburg Area High School and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She loved to cook and spend time with her friends and family, but she especially loved to spend time with her two grandchildren.

Mary had been employed at Clarion Sintered Metals for over 24 years.
In addition to her husband Steven Zimmerman at home, she is survived by her children Brandee, Steven "Bubby" and Trevor Zimmerman all of Glen Hazel and her two grandchildren Dawson and Reece Lyons.

Mary is also survived by her father and step-mother Arthur "Butch" Geyer and his wife Paulette and brothers Rich Geyer and his fiancé LaShawna Vaughn of Johnsonburg, Steven Simon and his fiancé Ashley Gormont of St. Marys and Matthew Geyer of Johnsonburg and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, Mary is predeceased by an uncle; Chuck Miller, her paternal grandparents Harold and Helen Gullekson and her maternal grandparents Byron and Violet Mowery.

A funeral service for Mary E. Zimmerman will be conducted at the Anthony F. Ferragine Funeral Home and Cremation Services Chapel on Friday April 22, 2022 at 11 AM with Rev. Ron Burkett pastor of the Hallton Church officiating. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Rasselas.

Friends will be received at the Anthony F Ferragine Funeral Home and Cremation Services Chapel 401 Chestnut Street Johnsonburg, Pa on Thursday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM.
