Obituary

Dominick LeRoy “Dom” Holley, 22, of Powers Avenue, Johnsonburg, passed away unexpectedly, late Tuesday night, August 4, 2026, at UPMC Cole, Coudersport, PA. Dom was born on July 21, 2004, in St. Marys, a son to Allicia Holley Muroski.

A resident of Johnsonburg since 2016, Dom was a 2022 graduate of Johnsonburg Area High School and a 2023 graduate of the Lincoln Electric Welding School.

Dom loved and was loved by his family, had a big heart and made everyone laugh with his smart remarks. He was big into the outdoors enjoying hunting, fishing, partying with his friends and working on vehicles. He was a member of the Johnsonburg American Legion and the Wilcox Sportsmen’s Club.

Dom was employed by Alstom Transportation of Hornel, NY and had previously worked for Contact Technologies in St. Marys and AFE in Ridgway.

Dom is survived by his mother and father Allicia and Matthew Muroski at home and siblings Landon Holley, Kendall Holley and Ava Muroski all at home. He is also survived by his grandparents Louis and Darlene Holley and Donna and Randy Blauser all of St. Marys, his great-grandfather Don Cunningham of St. Marys, grandparents Phil and Janice Muroski of Johnsonburg, aunts Jessie (Toby) Saline of Johnsonburg and Casie and Kieth Guaglianone of Johnsonburg and other numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and his girlfriend Shelby Stafford of Shinglehouse.

Dom is predeceased by his grandparents Virginia Legg and Louis Holley, Sr., Great-Grandmother Carol Cunningham and great-aunt Debbie VanAlstine.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Dominick LeRoy “Dom” Holley will be conducted at Holy Rosary Church, Johnsonburg, on Friday August 14, 2026, at 10 AM with Fr. David Wilson, Pastor as celebrant. Interment will be private.

Friends will be received at the Anthony F. Ferragine Funeral Home and Cremation Services chapel on Thursday August 13, 2026, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.

At the family’s request, please dress casual, Dom wouldn’t want you to get dressed up. “Flannels and boots”, that’s “Perfect for Dom” attire.

Following the Funeral Mass, Dom's friends and family will be gathering to enjoy food and fellowship at the Johnsonburg Fire Hall. All are invited to attend.
